Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
You do you.
At the core of Dr3's commitment to DEI is the simple fact that everyone has the right to be themselves - at work, at home, and at play. We stand as an ally with marginalized communities. From a research-based perspective, it is clear that diversity builds strength. A research and consulting firm cannot fully engage in community-based research without reciprocity, and Dr3 is no different. We welcome and encourage diverse individuals to apply, request consultations, and/or begin working with us.
